ROGELIO PEREZ
HEAD COACH
"I have been in my own fitness journey the past 13 years primarily focused on strength and conditioning. My journey started by spending several weeks hospitalized for an appendix surgery that left me weak and frail. From there I didn’t just want to recover, I wanted to come back stronger. I discovered that moving was medicine, and I soon fell in love with exercising. I I learned that whether my goal was to get stronger, drop body fat, build more muscle, run faster, learn a new exercise. It requires three things action, effort, and consistency. None of us start our health and fitness journey on the same level, and that’s okay, the important thing is that we start.
Through my years of training, learning, certifications, reading books, schooling, and application of my knowledge, I’ve committed to to help others in their own fitness and health goals through strength and conditioning training. My goal isn’t only to get you in shape, and become healthier. I want you to leave each day after a training session understanding that just how you are able to come in and dedicate effort to reaching a your goals with me in, you can do that with all other goals in your life."
